When was the last time you did the WPI 21-day mindfulness challenge? Have you ever tried it before?
Fall and Q4 of 2025 are well underway, and if you're like me it has been a constant act of "prescence-ing" to remind myself to take in the transformations - the beautiful, slow ones that remind me that I have made progress despite all the chaos and setbacks the year has brought.
As I found myself saying silently "breathe" or "slow down" one too many times while just checking email or heading to dinner with a friend (that I wasn't even late to - yet LOL) it dawned on me that maybe some of my regular mindfulness rhythm may need a refresh, and some practices I had abandoned altogether.
