Welcome to the Human-Centered Leadership Assessment

This assessment measures your leadership across 11 domains through three types of questions: skill-based ratings, agree/disagree statements, and open-ended reflections. Please set aside at least one hour so you can give each question the thoughtful consideration it deserves. The quality of your personalized development plan will directly reflect the honesty and depth you bring to your responses.

Upon completing the assessment, you will receive a personalized leadership development plan generated specifically from your scores and reflections. Take your time — this plan is only as useful as you make it.

A note on navigation

The assessment is embedded directly in this page, which means scrolling works a little differently than you may be used to. To move through the questions, scroll within the assessment window rather than scrolling the page itself. Click or tap inside the assessment first, then scroll.

To progress from one section to the next, click the Continue button at the bottom of the assessment window. At the very end, the button will read Submit & Generate Plan — clicking this will generate your personalized development plan, which will appear on screen once it's ready. This typically takes 20–30 seconds. Do not close the window until you download the PDF. Your results are not saved internally.  You must download your leadership development plan before closing the window.

If you ever lose your place, the progress bar at the top of the assessment window shows how far you've come.
