Workplace Peace Institute Leadership Academy optimizes competencies in human behavior, communication skills, conflict resolution, and Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging to create highly engaged workplaces where basic human needs and dignity are consistently honored.

Workplace Peace Institute Leadership Academy's online leadership coaching and leadership development program prepares leaders to align their behaviors to core basic human needs and core dignity needs. Leadership coaching is especially effective when paired with courses from the Leadership Academy.

Workplace Peace Institute Leadership Academy provides customized leadership training to empower leaders with the communication, conflict intervention, EEOC compliance, and DEIA skills necessary to sustain a highly engaged workplace where all people experience peace and dignity. We support our leadership development training with optional Executive Coaching, Conflict Coaching, and DEIA Coaching to help leaders activate the learning and skills acquired in the Leadership Academy.
Workplace Peace Institute Leadership Academy offers educational webinars and professional networking through our live virtual learning sessions. Our online learning sessions are taught by subject matter experts with expertise in adult learning theory and brain-based learning methodologies. We always create space for cultivating connection and professional networking.

Workplace Peace Institute Academy instructors are highly sought teachers, trainers, and facilitators who bring real-world experience paired with academic credentials to ensure students benefit from brain-based learning that is grounded in adult learning theory. Most of our instructors have a PhD or an equivalent degree along with 15+ years of industry experience.
