With an extensive background as a senior HR executive, she has led and developed teams at every level, helping individuals build confidence, make empowered decisions, and navigate complex business environments. She has worked in and adapted to diverse workplace climates, and thrived by mastering the art of influence, strategic thinking, and communication. Caydee’s passion is helping others do the same. She specializes in guiding professionals through career transitions, workplace toxicity, burnout, and leadership challenges. Her approach is rooted in thought work and understanding how the way we think creates our reality. She doesn’t just offer strategies; she helps clients shift their mindset so they can take meaningful action.
She holds an MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a bachelor’s degree from Texas Tech University. Hannah Malvin, PCC
Leadership Coach & Workplace Culture Consultant
Hannah is a leadership coach and workplace culture consultant specializing in building the conditions for both high performance and staff wellbeing. From coaching a Pulitzer Prize winner on what’s next to training National Park Superintendents on workplace culture, she supports clients in cultivating positive relationships with colleagues and with their work. Hannah has provided leadership coaching and workplace culture support for staff at dozens of nonprofits as well as NASA, Amazon, Fidelity, the State Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. She supports building positive workplace relationships through coaching, training, facilitation, and advising on Human Resources policies. She brings 500 hours of coaching experience and 13 years of professional experience in Congress, nonprofits, and consulting. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Statistics from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate certificate in Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution from Creighton University. Additionally, he has completed a 40-Hour Basic Mediation Certificate from the Center of Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica, California. Scott’s career spans billion-dollar deals in distribution services and multi-million-dollar account management in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. He has extensive experience developing Requests for Information and Proposals for multi-year agreements and negotiating long-term contracts. Scott’s passion for people development, workplace dignity, and leadership growth brought him to Workplace Peace Institute, where he supports clients worldwide. Sherry Boxall is an executive leadership and mental health coach. She specializes in somatic coaching — integrating the profound connection between mind and body to support lasting transformation. Sherry’s integration of somatic practices is particularly supportive for individuals who identify as neurodiverse. With more than 20 years of corporate leadership experience, Sheryl has held consulting and leadership roles with organizations such as Accenture, Southwest Airlines, Toyota, CVS Health, McKesson, Bank of America, and ExxonMobil. She understands the real-world challenges leaders face and specializes in fostering connection, belonging, and appreciation for each person’s unique contributions. Over the course of her career, she has also designed and led numerous mentorship and career development programs.
Sheryl earned her Bachelor of Business Administration from The University of Texas at Austin. She is an Associate Certified Coach (ACC) with the International Coaching Federation, a Project Management Professional (PMP), and a member of the John Maxwell Leadership Team. She also serves on the Board of the ICF North Texas Board as Associate Director of Alliances and serves on the Auxiliary Board of Genesis Women’s Shelter.
Based in the Dallas area, Sheryl lives with her husband and their three children. As a family, they love to travel and have set a goal of visiting every continent within the next five years. In her spare time, Sheryl enjoys weightlifting, yoga, and getting lost in a good book.
