With a Master’s degree in Dispute Resolution from Southern Methodist University and certification in Executive Leadership Coaching, Brian brings a thoughtful, solution-focused approach to leadership development, helping professionals resolve workplace conflicts while building stronger teams. Brian's extensive background spans talent management, organizational development, and strategic HR consulting across diverse industries. At Southern Methodist University's Hart Center for Engineering Leadership, he provides personalized coaching for graduate students focused on career planning, leadership development, and professional growth. His approach combines analytical precision with emotional intelligence, helping clients identify core challenges and design practical solutions. Brian is particularly adept at guiding professionals through critical career transitions, especially the pivotal shift from individual contributor to manager and leader. Flood-Moultrie is a nationally recognized executive coach and consultant who empowers leaders and emerging leaders to thrive in their roles while achieving personal and professional growth. She brings more than 30 years of leadership experience across local, regional, and national organizations, offering a deep understanding of the challenges faced by CEOs, C-suite executives, directors, mid-level managers, and emerging leaders. Errika’s expertise lies in leadership development and organizational transformation. She has coached a diverse array of leaders, guiding them to enhance their strategic thinking, build high-performing teams, and lead with confidence. Her coaching approach combines practical insights with a focus on personal purpose, helping clients align their leadership style with their organizational vision and values. Notable achievements include the creation of the groundbreaking Black Women in Nonprofit Leadership cohort in 2019, which has empowered dozens of Black women to find their voices, secure promotions, and drive meaningful change in their communities. Under Errika’s leadership, this initiative has grown into a nationally recognized program, now encompassing cohorts for educators through Black Women Leading in Education. Errika’s career has also featured impactful roles such as National Field Director for the American Diabetes Association and Director of Community Engagement for the Dallas Symphony Orchestra. Her reputation as a “connection catalyst” stems from her ability to foster meaningful collaborations, design innovative programs, and secure critical resources to drive organizational success. Hannah Malvin, PCC

Leadership Coach & Workplace Culture Consultant

Hannah is a leadership coach and workplace culture consultant specializing in building the conditions for both high performance and staff wellbeing. From coaching a Pulitzer Prize winner on what’s next to training National Park Superintendents on workplace culture, she supports clients in cultivating positive relationships with colleagues and with their work.  Hannah has provided leadership coaching and workplace culture support for staff at dozens of nonprofits as well as NASA, Amazon, Fidelity, the State Department, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, and the Department of Labor. She supports building positive workplace relationships through coaching, training, facilitation, and advising on Human Resources policies. She brings 500 hours of coaching experience and 13 years of professional experience in Congress, nonprofits, and consulting. Clients find easy rapport with her down-to-earth style, appreciate her deep knowledge of leadership development, and are excited to have a true partner in their professional success. Her clients leave feeling energized and equipped with tools and strategies to tackle dynamics that often felt hopeless. Hannah’s model of workplace culture has been featured in Forbes, focused on cultivating the conditions for staff to experience dignity, purpose, belonging, growth, and joy. Hannah earned a BA in Political Science at Brown University. She holds a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential with the International Coaching Federation and is certified in Applied Positive Psychology, the scientific study of wellbeing.

Scott A. Mischnick

 Scott A. Mischnick is seasoned sales executive, and ICF-trained leadership coach with more than 30 years of experience in client relations, team leadership, and negotiation. He holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing and Statistics from the University of Texas at Austin and a graduate certificate in Conflict Management & Dispute Resolution from Creighton University. Additionally, he has completed a 40-Hour Basic Mediation Certificate from the Center of Dispute Resolution in Santa Monica, California. Scott’s career spans billion-dollar deals in distribution services and multi-million-dollar account management in the Consumer-Packaged Goods industry. He has extensive experience developing Requests for Information and Proposals for multi-year agreements and negotiating long-term contracts. Scott’s passion for people development, workplace dignity, and leadership growth brought him to Workplace Peace Institute, where he supports clients worldwide. Scott’s coaching approach combines his deep expertise in negotiation and business development with a commitment to cultivating leadership skills that drive success and fulfillment.

Sherry Boxall, PCC 

Trauma-Informed Leadership Coach & Behavioral Health Specialist  

 Sherry Boxall is an executive leadership and mental health coach. She specializes in somatic coaching — integrating the profound connection between mind and body to support lasting transformation. Sherry’s integration of somatic practices is particularly supportive for individuals who identify as neurodiverse. Her approach is rooted in the belief that when individuals achieve a harmonious balance of mental and physical well-being, they unlock their fullest potential for productivity, leadership, and personal fulfillment. In addition to her iPEC Level 2 ICF-certified coaching accreditation, she has received extensive training in somatic work, focusing on how to incorporate and strengthen the mind-body connection. This training includes Somatic Experiencing, Brain Spotting, Dynamic Attachment Re-patterning (DARe), Embodied Breathwork, Internal Family Systems (IFS), Hakomi, and yoga. By weaving these methodologies together, she supports clients in navigating challenges, building emotional resilience, and cultivating a grounded sense of self that empowers both their professional success and personal growth. He specializes in both individual coaching—helping leaders strengthen their voice, trust their teams, and step into their roles with greater presence—and group coaching, where he facilitates constructive dialogue to surface and resolve unspoken tensions that limit performance.​ Yosef’s approach integrates somatic practices, which ground conversations in both intellect and embodied experience, enabling deeper self-awareness and lasting behavioral shifts.
