Something feels off......but what is it?
Many of us often turn to mindfulness when there's something that feels elusive...whether we are reaching for the next rung of success on the ladder or whether we're seeking answers to a bigger question mindfulness practices often help us get a grasp on elusive or difficult situations.
Often when understanding escape us we reach for mindfulness to bring clarity...but what happens when practicing mindfulness reveals that your own values and the values of those around you, or the place you work, are at odds? Is this awareness a gift? Its a much more peaceful unfolding than when conflict reveals how misaligned our values are with our workplace and colleagues.
