Complaining is different than criticism. Are you a conflict competent leader?

Hopefully, today you are enjoy a day off from work, rather than playing catch up. As you pause to reflect on the meaningful ways that complex issues and systems can still create beauty in our lives it is helpful to consider the impact that managing conflict well really shapes the freedom and peace present in our lives and communities.
