Do you use music to push through and get your work done?
Music playlists often help us push through tough work tasks or contexts. However, as much as Jimmy Buffet reminds us that it's "Five O'clock somewhere" or Taylor Swift encourages of us to "Shake it Off" it can take more intentionality than tapping our feet or bobbing our heads to move the harm we experience in our workplaces through and out of our bodies.
