Staff are more willing to consider alternatives, as Scott mentions below, to a traditional 40-hr workweek. 2 jobs instead of one -- and perhaps jobs that are not similar. Flexibility of work hours -- ie, 40 hours over a 7-day period. Hybrid options where appropriate. Coming to the team instead of the team coming to leadership is the greatest shift -- a recognition that the leaders supports everyone's success.
