Hello. I am a new leader, so I don't have much history to draw from for my answers. Should I just use personal examples?

Hi Stephanie,

From my own experience collaborating with you, I know you to embody so many aspects of leadership -- from your high-trust behaviors, commitment to the organization's mission to the integrity you bring to your work and workplace relationships. Yes, you can certainly pull from personal experiences, but I also encourage you to look to your own professional experiences where you embodied leadership in informal ways.

Happy to see you in the Community of Practice!
