Read this article, “5 Most Effective Conflict Management Styles (+When To Use Each One).” Share one or two ideas that you found important in this article.



My biggest takeaway was the phrase "disagreements don't have to be disappointing." I feel as though I have been able to do a better job at looking for the source of conflict.
