As a social worker turned healthcare executive, I bring a strong foundation in empathy, communication, and human-centered leadership skills. My background equips me to understand the emotional and psychological needs of individuals and teams, which is vital when navigating uncertainty. However, I recognize that leading through crisis, especially at a organizational level, requires additional competencies that I hope to learn during this course.
