Hello Everyone! Have you ever been to a party with a live DJ and each song reminds you of another song, and you hope they play the one you're thinking of next? Sometimes we feel brave enough to request a particular song, sometimes we don't. Well, I am excited to let everyone in the community know that WPI has mindfulness content to share with you, and also, we take requests!

@Nicole Parsons, did you notice any shifts this week? As the article mentions, noticing and taking stock of joy can create a positive feedback loop. Just the awareness that emerges when your brain even thinks about beginning to intentionally take stock of joy can create a shift - so I am curious about if there was any shift during this work week for you.
