Well, no; mindfulness practices won't make you psychic. However, the presence, awareness, and increased reflection that mindfulness practices cultivate can increase your ability to recognize patterns and disruptions to those patterns of connection. This means that you may be able to notice when disruptions in connection are unfolding, seemingly in slow motion, and can practice conflict engagement proactively (as opposed to conflict resolution).
