Long before we actually have the tools we think we need to do so the desire to slow down and find balance is desirable: more help...more time...less stress...yet the kicker that inevitable becomes clear to us is that taking the time to be intentional, deliberate, slow, and mindful is what makes the space for more mindful, intentional, and impactful actions.
