REIMAGINE WORK

Mindful Leadership

Public·35 members

Do anger and busyness have a common denominator?

We often offer mindfulness as a solution when folx are overwhelmed with busyness, as well as when they find themselves seething with anger - whether slow burn or explosive. These are seemingly very different states of being, that can coexist, yet are also very discreet. So, is it possible that we need very similar things to bring peace to our selves and our work environments whether we are experiencing busyness or anger?

I think so, let me know if you agree after you listen to this podcast with Workplace Peace Institutes Dr. Robyn Short.
