We’ve made post-traumatic resiliency a key focus of our monthly all-staff meetings. We regularly invite trained clinical psychologists and experienced organizational culture leaders to lead practical, engaging activities designed to support mental health, promote wellness, and build long-term resilience.

We also see an opportunity to strengthen our risk and contingency planning. Issues like job layoffs, immigration challenges, and civil unrest deeply affect our teams in the nonprofit communities.
