Navigating Tough Conversations with Confidence & Purpose Course Discussion: What are your biggest challenges in navigating tough conversations and what goals would you like to set for yourself?

My biggest challenge is coping with the conversation not becoming an attack on me after presenting a challenging topic to someone else. I find it hard to handle the redirect and to know what to do to stay regulated and not walk away afterwards feeling like I have done something wrong. I tend to avoid conversations with people that I don't have a strong relationship with as I am fearful of the repercussions. I would like to feel more confident in these situations
