Navigating Tough Conversations with Confidence & Purpose Course Discussion: Please reflect on which two areas of emotional intelligence you feel are most important in your workplace and why.



 I have a tendency to overthink from an emotional standpoint rather than removing my emotions and come from a logical and factual place, to stay in the moment. Self awareness and empathy are important. Understanding my emotions and how I react in certain situations is important for me to keep a professional attitude in difficult circumstances.
