About the Event

In formal and informal ways, we are all learners and teachers, leaders and followers, and mentors and mentees. In any given moment, each of us has the ability to create communication shifts that open opportunities for cultivating positive connections that deepen relationships and foster learning. To do this, it helps to understand the brain.

The brain is wired for connection, we have an innate desire to trust, bond, and develop loyal relationships. To achieve this, we must learn to effectively manage our own stress and support others in managing theirs. The webinar will provide an insightful overview of key areas of the brain involved in decision-making and relationship-building. Participants will learn how to recognize the neurological and biological effects of stress and how to intervene in such a way that builds resiliency.
