At Dallas Children's Advocacy Center, we prioritize dignity and compassion in all that we do. We recognize that dignity and compassion must be consistently present for us to experience the fullness of who we are and what we can contribute to our organization. This training supports our commitment to honoring the inherent worth and value of our employees, clients, partners, and community stakeholders. The knowledge you will require in this training is intended to support your ability to to recognize and acknowledge that dignity is experienced differently across all racial and ethnic identity groups and the myriad intersectionalities, and to act with compassion in all that you do here at DCAC, so that together we create a workplace culture where all people thrive. 
 This training is designed to support our employees in growing their leadership intelligences, specifically as it relates to emotional intelligence, cultural intelligence, and dignity intelligence. This training will also provide insights into the science of inclusion and belonging to support is in creating a workplace environment in which all employees experience belonging.
