We want to start every conversation or email with "let's circle back after the holiday" yet we also want to finish well.

It may seem like a dilemma, but it's a false binary.

The answer isn't just to push through however. Finishing well, is a combination of extending the runway on certain projects, and being sure that others are buttoned up completely before the year is out. Knowing the difference is a matter of presence.

During high-demand seasons, our bodies often speed up before we notice. How do you support yourself when the pressure rises? What practices help you regulate, pause, and stay grounded when everything around you accelerates?

BE SURE TO PAUSE. Whether it's 30 seconds before you walk into the meeting, at your desk before diving into you email, or as you transition out of an end of year presentation, it makes a difference.
