Trauma-Informed Leadership Course Discussion: What new insights did you gain from this week’s module on the role of the trauma-informed leader?

I've read and been in trainings that included pieces on generational trauma, my understanidng is mostly around race. I didn't equate generational trauma to tragic events. 911 was mentioned and I understand trauma from experiencing that but didn't realize that could go on for generations. It makes sense thinking about past history of war.
