Trauma-Informed Leadership Course Discussion: What new insights did you gain from this week’s module on the role of the trauma-informed leader?








In Module 4, I had already understood the types of traumatic events, what the trauma-informed leader must present. I think creating a workplace that does not stigmatize mental health is very valuable and needs to be understood, especially those working in the victim services world.
