The Mindful Leader Course Discussion: watch the video "Dare to Lead" Brené Brown says vulnerability is the "only path to courage."

Share your thoughts on the following reflection prompts:

  • How has this course changed the way you see leadership?

  • What are some new aspirations and intentions for you?

  • What are the next steps you long to take toward more mindful and wise compassionate leadership?

This course changed the way I see leadership is being able to control my thoughts when having hard discussion with clients, co-workers, and employees. It helped me gain an understanding of how to practice mindfulness in a new way. Next steps I take toward a more mindful and wise compassionate leadership is meeting someone where they are at and moving inward.
