About the Event

Safety isn't a soft skill. It's the foundation of performance.

Most leaders have been told psychological safety matters. Far fewer have been shown how to build it. This workshop introduces the foundations of trauma-informed leadership and gives managers the concrete practices that create the conditions for genuine psychological safety — teams where people feel safe enough to speak up, disagree, and contribute fully.

You'll learn why safety precedes performance, how the nervous system shapes behavior at work, and what trauma-informed leadership actually looks like in the day-to-day moments that define team culture. No clinical background required — just a willingness to lead differently.

This session opens our four-part trauma-informed leadership series and stands fully on its own as an introduction to trauma-informed practice.

IN THIS WORKSHOP, YOU WILL

  • Understand the core principles of trauma-informed leadership and why they matter for every team — not just teams in crisis
