Sometimes leaders always prefer to stay seemingly "neutral" and have someone else take the reigns when your team is experiencing conflict. At other times, leaders may want to keep and hold the culture and confidence of their team and handle the conflict completely on their own. Navigating the decision to seek mediation requires nuanced perceptions of the harm your team is experiencing and deeply discerning insights into appropriate modes of repair.
