What if it's not you, it really is "them"?

Mindfulness practices, cultivates within us both calm and clarity. Clarity can begin to make clear how the systems you participate in everyday, especially those in the workplace, are not meant to support thriving and wholeness. The calm you cultivate with mindfulness practices can give us the courage to ask questions in the work place about why things operate that way and how we can collaborate to heal the systems so that healthy and healing people thrive.
