Good Morning :)
One of my goals for 2026, is to be more intentional in my actions and in my interactions with those around me. I am hopeful that this Mindfulness Group, will provide the direction and guidance I am looking for as I start each day.
As a busy Mom, working full-time in the field of Social Work, completing graduate school and trying to find space and time for myself, mindfulness and self compassion are skills that I could definitely incorporate more meaningfully in my daily life. I look forward to connecting!
