REIMAGINE WORK

Mindful Leadership
Does knowing "better" make you "feel" better?
Whether it's the idea that knowledge is power, or the adage that "when you know better, you do better," learning more about the ways that mindfulness can support your work life is often transformative. Which of WPI's Online Leadership Trainings have been your most affirming experience? Have you or your organization participated in more than one of the Online Leadership Trainings offered by the Workplace Peace Institute? Which Online Leadership Training are you planning for your team next?
Have you considered how slowing down would probably be helpful, then talk your self out of it?
Have you considered a skilled companion on your journey to deepen your impact as a mindful leader.
For many of us, we are aware that slowing down would probably be helpful help. Long before we actually have the tools we think we need to do so the desire to slow down and find balance is desirable: more help...more time...less stress...yet the kicker that inevitable becomes clear to us is that taking the time to be intentional, deliberate, slow, and mindful is what makes the space for more mindful, intentional, and impactful actions. Bur having help can make us more open to the adventure of slowing down and exploring the impact it can have on our wellbeing, connections, and leadership.
